Through cooperative partnerships with the public and private sectors, the Department oversees the divisions of Housing and Administrative Services, which are dedicated to giving low-income residents access to the region's economic growth and prosperity.

Public Notice - City of Miami Consolidated Annual Perfomance and Evaluation Report

In accordance with the Consolidated Plan regulations 24 CFR Part 91, grantees are required to submit a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) within 90 days of the close of the program year. The City of Miami Department of Community and Economic Development will be reporting accomplishments for the following formula grants: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA); Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG); and HOME Investments Partnership Program (HOME). A public hearing will be held to offer City of Miami residents the opportunity to review and comment on accomplishments and activities funded, during the FY-2013-2014, by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
